The second gastronomic offer is represented by P&O – Pizza & Oyster, located in the heart of Laveno's historic center, whose DNA is the expression of an idea of Italian hospitality, typical of restaurants offering seafood and excellent pizza: simple, local and traditional, and yet not at all predictable in terms of taste. The claim is clear: Wine, good dishes! The dishes are the expression of the ideas of father and son, Riccardo and Giovanni, who together create a menu that is attentive to the freshness of the raw materials and sustainability to be paired with a good bottle of wine. At P&O even the simplest recipes, such as mash or linguine with clams, are the result of chef Riccardo Bassetti's long French experience, who transforms them into something memorable.

The kitchen satisfies customers from lunch to aperitif, to dinner and banquets, for events or large groups.

The P&O is located in Piazza Matteotti 1 in Laveno Mombello, in direct contact with the Lake and is set up in a deliberately more informal way, to make all guests feel at ease, both from the Hotel and external. In the summer it is possible to enjoy the large outdoor terrace overhanging the historic pizzatta and overlooking the crystalline waters of Lake Maggiore, where it is possible to eat or even enjoy an aperitif or a snack.
